Policies
Enroll for classes using fitDEGREE either using their app or going through this website. If you have never attended class here you will need to set up an account and verify your email and then you can login and sign up and pay for classes. The email you provide fitDEGREE will be the primary way that we communicate with you.
If you book a class that is full you may join the waitlist and you will receive an email that will let you know if a space becomes available.
yoga[lab] bham is committed to providing you with a safe and clean environment to practice yoga.
- Students are encouraged to bring their own mats. If needed, mats are available
- A water fountain is available and we encourage you to bring your own water bottle
- The studio has 2 HEPA filtered air scrubbers running at all time; an updated HVAC system bringing in the maximum amount of outside air; 2 fans with UVC light to kill pathogens and the doors to the studio remain open .
